Facilities Maintenance Technician: Preventive Maintenance

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves maintaining small to medium-sized buildings and systems, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs.

Ideal candidates should have a diploma/degree with 1-2 years of experience, or relevant experience in lieu. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. A Chargeman AO Certificate is a plus.
