**Job Description**
+ Perform electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance troubleshooting and repairs to ensure facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
+ Complete preventive maintenance, minor electrical work, HVAC support, carpentry tasks (drywall, painting), and general facility upkeep.
+ Use boom lifts or scissor lifts to perform elevated maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and exterior building maintenance.
+ Respond to maintenance requests, document completed work, and collaborate with maintenance teams while following all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
