We seek an experienced, hands‑on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the UTM-MTDC Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Maintenance & Technical Support
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities and infrastructure.
- Carry out minor repair works, including replacement of light fittings, basic electrical works, plumbing repairs, painting and general maintenance.
- Troubleshoot facility‑related issues and coordinate rectification works when required.
- Ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, clean and operational condition.
