**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses and troubleshoots issues, and completes repairs on building systems and production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality. This role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in a highly organized manufacturing environment on a 3rd shift schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility and production equipment.
+ Carry out scheduled maintenance on a variety of machines and equipment according to established maintenance schedules and guidelines.
