Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Allocate work to maintenance personnel and monitor progress.
• Supervise artisans and maintenance staff including:
  • Carpenters
  • Bricklayers
  • Plumbers
  • Grass Cutters / Grounds Maintenance Staff
  • General Maintenance Personnel
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, infrastructure and surrounding grounds.
• Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is completed according to schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain maintenance records and report on completed work.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Identify maintenance requirements and escalate major repairs where necessary.
