Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, planning, and change management oversight to the building infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, operational equipment, and the Facilities/Maintenance team. The role will also include implementing, managing, and planning for departmental needs through fiscal provisions, and administering, planning/scheduling, managing, directing, and controlling the activities and quality of service of Plant Operations and Maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining the operation of major base building systems such as chillers, boilers, humidifiers & dehumidifiers, HVAC, plumbing, chemical/medical gas, emergency generator, life safety, fire safety, water treatment, and DDC on a 24/7 basis.
