- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground.
- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness.
- Manage customer complaints in professional manner.
- Manage manpower deployment.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.
- Any other related duties assigned by manager.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or other discipline
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
- Excellent time management
- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
