- Job Title : Tender Cost Estimator (IFM/FM)
- Job location : EAST (Tampines)
- Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm) , Saturday is non working days but on standby when needed.
- To lead and manage day to day operations, ensuring that the faciliatory provide best practice in engineering maintenance to achieve a safer environment for all.
- To manage all specialist subcontractor to ensure compliances in term of KPI, response time, quality and completeness of maintenance.
