Facilities Maintenance Foreman (Emiratized)

The Facilities Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the execution of the facilities maintenance, the day-to-day supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Team, contractor management and supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes all activities of the Facilities Maintenance Team.
• Develops and leads a team of professional operatives.
• Management and supervision of contractors.
• Provides the material required for maintenance.
• Coordination with other departments in regard to maintenance in each building.
• Daily reporting.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all employees and contractors operating in Etihad Rail.
