**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on hands-on repair, maintenance, and operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems within a large commercial manufacturing facility. You will ensure reliable operation of building automation systems, card access, doors and gates, building envelope, grounds and parking lots, interior finishes, lighting, and production-related equipment to support safe and efficient facility operations on the 2nd shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment.
