for our client based in the west side of Singapore in their Plant Facilities. Our client is known for providing equipment and services for refrigerated transport and temperature-controlled cargo management. This is a
1 year contract role
with high likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent. Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance of building facilities systems. Systems include: Electrical System, HVAC System, MV System, Compressed Air System, P&S System etc. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational reliability. Implement predictive maintenance strategies leveraging IoT sensor solutions and AI-driven applications. Drive KPIs for energy savings, power interruption, and faster breakdown recovery.
