Citycare Property is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support day‑to‑day facilities management across our Christchurch portfolio. You will work with the FM Contracts Manager, subcontractors and clients to plan, coordinate and complete maintenance efficiently.
Responsibilities include coordinating reactive and planned work orders, scheduling tradespeople, maintaining records and ensuring health, safety and compliance documentation is up to date.
