Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facilityAssist with upkeep of grounds, landscaping, and exterior areasSupport HVAC maintenance, filter changes, and basic equipment checksHelp maintain company vehicles, including routine service coordinationOrganize maintenance supplies and assist with housekeeping dutiesRequirements:
High school diploma or GED required3+ years of general maintenance or handyman experienceBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairsComfortable using Microsoft Office and video conferencing platformsAbility to work independently and follow safety procedures
