Facilities Hard Services Lead

Position Overview: The Hard Services Lead is responsible for managing all technical building systems and mechanical infrastructure while supervising the mobile technician to ensure optimal facility performance. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems in compliance with Malaysian regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Systems Leadership and Management

• Lead comprehensive management of all hard services including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing systems, fire safety equipment, and building automation systems.
