Facilities Cost Controller – Budget & Forecasting

GECO M&E LTD in the United Arab Emirates, Sharjah, is seeking a Cost Controller from the Facilities Management Business to manage project costs within budget. You will monitor expenditures, prepare forecasts, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

You will collaborate with project teams, procurement, and finance to maintain financial discipline, update cost forecasts, review invoices, and develop cost control policies to improve efficiency across projects.
