Responsibilities

+ Provide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants.

+ Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

+ Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.

+ Review subcontractor proposals and contracts.

+ Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Enter security access requests into the client's system accurately and efficiently.

+ Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements.

+ Provide administrative support for reporting requirements.

+ Self-manage workload to meet deadline...
