Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities: -

• Manage and oversee all hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, janitorial, waste management, and workplace services.
• Ensure facilities comply with local Brazilian regulations, corporate EH&S, and Security requirements
• Lead and coordinate construction, refurbishment, and fit‑out projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors (3rd parties);
• Managing and leading changes to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
• Coordinate equipment and structure repairs.
• Act as primary facilities point of contact with landlords, including service coordination and issue escalation
• Plan and optimize space utilization across leased and co‑working environments
