Facilities Assistant (AV)

UWCSEA Dover is seeking a Facilities Assistant (AV) to join our Facilities Team.

Reporting to the Facilities AHOD Soft Services & Customer Service Executive (AV). Ensuring AV setup requirements for all events and performances across Dover Campus.

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot all AV, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment for college events and classrooms.
• Ensure all audio-visual devices and systems are operational, clean, well-maintained, and properly inventoried.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team to support diverse AV system requirements and related tasks as assigned.

• Certification or Diploma in Audio-Visual, Information Technology, or relevant Electronics/Electrical Engineering fields.
