Responsibilities
- Support facilities operations, office maintenance, and workplace administration activities
- Coordinate vendor management, procurement, and service delivery to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage office access administration, workplace safety, and operational records
- Support invoice processing, expense administration, and basic finance-related activities
- Provide reception, visitor management, and front-of-house support
- Coordinate administrative support including travel arrangements, logistics, and office supplies management
- Support meeting room management and workplace resource coordination
- Maintain records, archiving processes, and documentation in accordance with internal guidelines
- Assist with audits, compliance activities, and process improvements
- Support office enhancement, relocation, and operational projects where required
