Salary: CHF 70'000 - 100'000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Participate in maintaining the online Knowledge Base.
• Redesign training materials for Vertec courses and write release notes for software updates.
• Assist in testing and documenting additional features that can be added with a click to existing Vertec environments.
• Implement standardization processes and ensure precision.

Requirements:

• Software affinity and strong technical understanding, enabling deep familiarity with ERP and CRM software.
• Experience in documenting complex software is preferred.
• Enjoy writing texts and skilled at creating technical instructions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
