**Welder / Fabricator**
**Location:** Ridgefield, WA
**Pay:** $28 – $32/hour
**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Welder/Fabricator** to join a growing structural steel team in Ridgefield, WA. This role focuses on fabricating and assembling complex structural components such as beams, columns, and support structures. Ideal candidates will have strong blueprint reading skills, experience with **Metal Core welding** , and the ability to perform precise layout and fitting work in a production shop environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform layout, fitting, and assembly of structural steel components including I-beams, columns, channels, and supports
+ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, weld symbols, and cut lists with high accuracy
+ Complete **Metal Core welding** (NOT Flux Core or Dual Shield) while maintaining quality and structural integrity
