Fabrication Mechanic

Manufacturing Operations is accepting online applications for the position of **Fabrication Mechanic** located in **Pascagoula, Mississippi** through **July 26th, 2026** **,** at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Successful candidates will be expected to progress through the Pascagoula Formal Maintenance Training Program within 3 years of their hire date to become competent and skilled in all aspects of the Fabrication craft. Experienced candidates have the potential for early completion of the training program (in as little as (15) fifteen months). This will be based on demonstrated competency witnessed and approved by the Team Leader and a formal test out process. Trainees who successfully test out will receive pay increases that reflect these advanced steps as they progress through the training program.
