An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a professional facilities maintenance team at a prestigious commercial site in Wembley. This is a Monday to Friday position, working 8:00am - 5:00pm, offering a great work-life balance with no regular weekend work.

The Role As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across the site. You'll complete daily building inspections, maintain accurate site records, liaise with contractors, and provide support to the wider M&E maintenance team when required.
