The Role
As a Captain, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service team—leading by example, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering standout hospitality every single shift.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house service team during shifts
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service from start to finish
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service
- Manage table service, reservations, and guest flow efficiently
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation
