The Boeing Company is looking for a **Software Capabilities and Staffing Senior Manager** **(Level L)** located in **Berkeley, Missouri.** This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Software Engineering organization.

The Software Capabilities and Staffing Senior Manager is responsible for the leadership of a team of software engineers that develop flight software for the F-22 Raptor. This position reports to the Senior Software Engineering Manager and works alongside other software teams as well as many other cross-functional organizations.
