Your key responsibilities
Lead financial reporting and tax reporting valuations for corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and statutory/regulatory reporting.Experience with valuation of holding companies, joint ventures, and intercompany interestsExposure to engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring andreorganization; and corporate strategy under ASC 350, ASC 718, ASC 820, ASC 946, ASC 480, ASC 805 etc.Experience with secondary research, report writing and detailed financial modelling....
