Your key responsibilities
Lead portfolio valuation engagements for tax and financial reporting purposes. Supervising engagement teams that deliver valuation services to private equity, hedge funds, and private credit clients. This includes selecting suitable valuation methodologies and evaluating financial models for illiquid debt and equity investments as well as business enterprise valuations. Exposure to engagements for portfolio valuation, equity valuation, equity allocations, Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model (OPM), Probability Weighted Expected Return Method (PWERM), Level 3 Asset Valuation, debt valuation.
