Extrusion Operator: 1st Shift

What you will be responsible for:

• The Extrusion Operator is responsible for extruding life-saving medical tubing, including set-up and tear down of the entire extruder line, all applicable downstream equipment including but not limited to vacuum tanks, water tanks, pullers, cutters, conveyors, driers, coilers, and measuring equipment.


• Full training is available for this position.  Training for this position will take place during  first shift and then you will transition to second shift.

How you will contribute:

• Produces Medical grade extrusions of various profiles simple to complex.


• Reads and understands product drawings to determine product specifications and tooling needed for extruded tubing.
• Sets up extruder and relevant tooling.
• Prepares all raw compounds needed to start any extrusion run/batch.
