**Job Description**
This role operates within a team-based manufacturing environment to produce specialty plastic compounds. You will set up, run, and monitor extrusion equipment while maintaining high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and product quality. The position involves hands-on machine operation, careful review of production documentation, and proactive housekeeping and safety practices.

+ Review and apply the manufacturing bill of materials to each sales order to ensure accurate material usage and setup.
