At **Generali**, within the **Insurance Division** that includes countries all around the world, between Asia, South America, and Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our **Mergers & Acquisitions** team.
The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following activities:
* Support in the execution of extraordinary transactions in the Generali Group
* Participation in the main processes related to acquisitions and disposals
* Support to the Insurance M&A team in day-to-day project management activities i.e. – but not limited to:
* market scouting
* strategic/financial planning
* valuation model
* contracts review
* documents for internal committees
