Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of export operations.
Well-versed in export markets, including destination specifics, quantities, and figures.
Expertise in shipping lines, empty container arrangements, and survey companies.
Familiarity with inspection procedures and coordination with clearing agents.
Maintain detailed export shipment records, including E-Forms from approval to realization.
Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading of shipments.
Oversee import/export cargo operations to ensure smooth service.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare cost estimates and manage payment mechanisms.
Supervise export-related logistics, documentation, and payments.
Liaise with banks, shipping companies, clearing agents, transporters, inspection agencies, and fumigation service providers to ensure smooth operations.
