Export Compliance Manager

Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Export Compliance Manager with the credentials and judgment to be designated as an Empowered Official under 22 CFR 120.25 and to assume ownership of the company's ITAR/EAR export compliance program. This is not a support role: the successful candidate will be positioned to independently sign and certify license applications, agreements, and related submissions on the company's behalf, and to serve as principal point of accountability to DDTC and other U.S. Government agencies on export licensing and compliance matters. The role manages license applications, technical assistance agreements, and manufacturing license agreements; oversees restricted-party screening and record keeping; makes classification determinations; and ensures compliant execution of FMS and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts across multiple concurrent international programs.
