Expert SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

As an Expert SuccessFactors LMS Consultant, you will guide clients through the implementation of learning modules, ensuring seamless integration with the SuccessFactors suite. Your communication skills will help bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will conduct workshops to gather requirements and develop comprehensive learning workbooks. You will also manage offshore support teams and oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including cutovers and integration efforts. A robust understanding of various HR aspects related to learning is crucial for success.
