Elevate your career as a Piping & Brazing Technician in our HVAC manufacturing facility. This full-time role is essential for creating top-quality copper piping systems used in air conditioners and heat pumps.
As a key member of the assembly team, your main focus will be on the fabrication and brazing of copper pipes, ensuring strong and leak-proof joints that meet internal quality controls. Your role will also involve maintaining safety standards and managing tools effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, bend, and flare copper tubes accurately
• Assemble refrigerant piping circuits for HVAC applications
• Install essential components like filter driers and expansion valves
• Execute brazing for copper joints with precision
• Conduct thorough leak testing and quality checks
Requirements:
• 2–5 years’ experience in HVAC manufacturing
• Knowledge of refrigerant piping systems
• Experience in assembly lines for refrigeration
