• Review and recommend integrated marketing and corporate communication strategies aligned with RTA’s strategic priorities and senior leadership directives, while providing strategic advisory and subject‑matter expertise on initiatives, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
• Advice on corporate identity governance frameworks and drive consistent application of branding standards across all sectors, services, campaigns, and communication materials.
• Recommend marketing initiatives and awareness programs that encourage the use of mass transportation and support RTA’s sustainability and mobility objectives.
• Provide input on communication strategies that strengthen public awareness of RTA services, projects, and traffic safety initiatives across diverse community segments.
