Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
- Provide vision and strategic support across pioneering, research, studies, knowledge, innovation, and creativity to achieve RTA goals and future development.
- Plan excellence requirements and awards participation; advise on projects and initiatives to achieve highest excellence and continuous advancement.
- Co‑develop the comprehensive management plan; supervise implementation, periodic measurement, and best‑practice recommendations.
- Support sustainable implementation of strategies in research, development and innovation, ensuring compliance with Authority policies.
