In this permanent role, you will lead a kitchen team, create innovative recipes, and ensure high quality in every dish prepared. This position is on-site and allows for involvement in training staff and developing new cooking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate supply and food item costs
• Demonstrate cooking techniques to kitchen staff
• Supervise and instruct other kitchen workers
• Create new recipes to delight patrons
• Prepare special meals for guests with allergies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sushi chef experience
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Food Safety Certificate required
• Ability to train kitchen staff in food preparation
