Responsibilities
- To involve in tender and follow up assigned procurements of few construction projects.
- To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
- To involve in Purchase Order/ price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- To work with Project Manager for the progress payment and issuance payment certificates and to be assigned work related to complete the project handover.
