UPMC Hanover is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to help support our Emergency Department!
***The ideal candidate has 2 years' experience working in the ER.***

Hours: 10 hr shifts, varies by month, 2 weekends/month
Location: 300 Highland Avenue, 17331, Hanover PA , Some Travel to UPMC Memorial
Position Specifics: Competencies: laceration repairs, I&Ds, foreign body removal, reduction/splinting. Willingness to do higher acuity procedures including intubations, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, etc.
Department Details: 21 bed ER with behavioral health pod, fast track area and 3 triage room system with an APP staffed daily acting as the provider in triage. 4 doc and 4 APP shifts throughout the day. Rural ER with sick patients, high % of admissions daily with growing volumes.
