F&F Properties is hiring full-time Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced multifamily environment throughout Greater San Diego County. We are looking for dependable, hands-on team members who take ownership, work well independently, and know how to provide great resident service while getting the job done right.

This is not just a make-ready position. We are looking for technicians who have experience with HVAC maintenance and repair, can handle apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades in a fast-moving environment.
