Experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic Required

Reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance, this role demands strong technical skills and autonomy in performing maintenance on a variety of mining equipment. You will be responsible for interpreting technical manuals, carrying out timely repairs, and providing leadership to lower-level mechanics. Safety and adherence to established protocols are paramount in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
• Repair underground and surface mining equipment
• Interpret work orders and service manuals
• Overhaul, maintain, and recondition equipment
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment for faults
Requirements:
• Heavy Duty trade certification or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience with heavy-duty equipment
