Experienced Excavator Operator - Heavy Equipment & Site Prep

P&A Ltd in Auckland seeks an experienced Excavator Operator for a full-time permanent role. You will prepare, monitor and operate excavators and skid steer, work across 40–50 hours per week during busy periods, and ensure quality earthworks while maintaining safety.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience, hold the necessary licences, and be able to read drawings, set up equipment, grease, refuel, and complete timesheets daily.
