**Program Minimum Requirements**

To be eligible for consideration, candidates at a minimum are required to have:

+ A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a STEM related field of study.
+ Experience within the aerospace, defense, or power related industries.
+ Ability to travel up to 25% per year to support business needs.
