We are seeking an Expeditor who can confidently navigate complex regulatory challenges, drive resolution strategies, and bring a proactive approach to compliance management across a dynamic Class A portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and problem-solving; someone who can seamlessly coordinate between property management, engineering, legal, vendors, and city agencies to keep operations moving efficiently and compliantly.

From navigating DOB and FDNY violations to partnering with engineering, legal, and construction teams, you’ll serve as a key force behind keeping Class A assets compliant, efficient, and inspection-ready at all times.
