The Leadership Development & Strategy Cluster oversees the Leadership and Talent Development policies and approaches at the Public Service level.

• Leadership Corps with greater diversity in experiences, skillsets & perspectives
• Leadership community that is united through a common purpose, identity and values

These key outcomes guide the way that we identify, develop and engage senior leaders and leadership talents across the Public Service. We do so in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders such as our training partner, the Civil Service College, the HR community and leaders across the Public Service.
