Indirect Taxes – Expertise and Hands-on Experience

•  GST Return Filing: Proficient in preparation and filing of Goods & Services Tax returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-

• 3B, GSTR-6 (ISD), ITC-04, GSTR-7, along with revenue reconciliation and ITC matching (Books vs Portal GSTR-2B).

• Compliance of GSTR -9/9C including the reconciliation associated with these returns GST Refunds: Filing of GST refund applications for exports of goods/services and IDS (Inverted Duty Structure),

• including liaison with GST authorities and handling departmental queries.

• Cross Charge Management: Understanding of R&D cross charge processes under GST framework.

•  Input Tax Credit (ITC): Strong domain knowledge of ITC eligibility criteria and compliance under GST law.
