Executive/Head Chef

PMR Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Head Chef for a private family villa, with an immediate start. The successful candidate will initially join on a paid trial until 7th August, with the potential for the role to be extended through October for the right person.

You will be responsible for preparing lunch and dinner for the principals while managing a team of assistant chefs, who are already in place and take care of breakfast service and staff meals.

This is a well‑organised household with approximately:

• 20 guests (12 adults, 7 children)
• 5 nannies
• 10–15 household staff

The principals enjoy fresh, Mediterranean‑style cuisine with an emphasis on high‑quality ingredients rather than overly elaborate fine dining. Meals should be light, healthy, and consistently well executed.
