Executive Vice President/ Vice President - Treaty Reinsurance

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Treaty Reinsurance (Guy Carpenter) team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Core Job Responsibilities
Treaty Structuring & Placement: Design and place proportional (Quota Share/Surplus) and non-proportional (Excess of Loss/Stop Loss) treaties, covering entire portfolios rather than individual risks.
Business Procurement & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and maintain strong relationships with domestic (e.g., GIC Re) and international reinsurers and brokers.
Technical Analysis & Risk Assessment: Analyze client underwriting portfolios, loss history, and risk retention philosophy to provide technical data for reinsurance pricing.
