The Executive specializes in both product training and soft skills development. The Executive will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employees' product knowledge and interpersonal skills, contributing to overall company performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging product training programs that equip employees with in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Design and facilitate soft skills training sessions, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content for both product and soft skills development.
