Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all technical queries and issues related to smartphones, iPads, and tablets through various communication channels (inbound, outbound, email, and chat).
- Carry out duties professionally and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Possess strong technical knowledge and understanding of smartphone, iPad, and tablet devices, including software, operating systems, and backup procedures.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work collaboratively as a team player and support colleagues when needed.
- Apply an analytical mindset to investigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customers’ technical issues.
- Take initiative and show a strong willingness to support customers and resolve their concerns.
